Thank you! Once you submit your form, we will contact you to confirm your request and payment information with an invoice. Reservations are not held until the deposit is paid. We require a $100 security deposit. Security deposit does not apply towards the rental price but is refundable at the end of your rental if there is no damage or excessive cleaning necessary. Once deposit is received we will send over our rental agreement via email for signatures. If for some reason a cancellation is needed, the deposit will be kept as a rain check for one year from the cancellation date.
